Shipping

PrintJets offers standard and expedited shipping options. You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

Payment

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately to request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

 

Order & Returns

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

PrintJets offers a 30-day return policy for most products. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Some items, such as opened ink or toner cartridges, may not be eligible for return.
